Our classes are designed to be fun, supportive, and confidence-building, and we can’t wait to dance with you.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following policies before booking. 

Eligibility 

​

All Gloss Dance classes are strictly 18+. 

​

Acceptance of Terms 

By booking or making payment for any Gloss Dance class or program, you agree to these policies. 

​

Bookings & Payments 

All classes must be booked and paid in full in advance to secure your place. 

Spaces are limited to maintain a comfortable, inclusive, and supportive environment. 

​

6-Week Program Commitment 

Gloss Dance classes are designed as a 6-week experience, allowing you to build confidence and progress each week. 

​

Bookings are for the full program and cannot be split, transferred, or shared. 

​

Refunds & Transfers 

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, change of mind, or personal circumstances. 

​

If a class or program is cancelled by Gloss Dance, a credit or refund will be offered. 

​

Missed Classes 

If you’re unable to attend a class, please let your instructor know where possible. 

We’re unable to offer make-up classes or transfers. Where possible, class content or videos may be shared so you can still feel part of the experience. 

​

Minimum Numbers 

Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. 
If this is not met, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. 

​

Class Changes 

Gloss Dance reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, or locations if required. 
Any updates will always be communicated as early as possible. 

​

Arrival & Class Flow 

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow for a smooth start. 

Late arrivals may not be able to join once the class has begun to avoid disruption.

 

Health & Wellbeing 

By attending, you confirm that you feel physically able to participate in class. 

Please listen to your body and move at your own pace. 

Gloss Dance is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

Personal Belongings 

Gloss Dance accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items. 
Please ensure you take care of your belongings at all times. 

​

Respect & Community 

Gloss Dance is a space built on support, inclusivity, and positive energy. 

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other dancers. 
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave a class if behavior is inappropriate or disruptive. 

​

Filming, Photography & Content 

From time to time, classes may be filmed or photographed for personal progress, community sharing, and promotional purposes. 

By attending, you consent to being included in this content. 
If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know prior to class. 

Students must obtain permission from others before filming or posting content that includes them. 

Class choreography and content remain the intellectual property of Gloss Dance and may not be used for public or commercial purposes without permission.

Incomplete Attendance 

Gloss Dance is not responsible for missed classes, late arrivals, or failure to complete a program.
