Our classes are designed to be fun, supportive, and confidence-building, and we can’t wait to dance with you.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following policies before booking.

Eligibility 

All Gloss Dance classes are strictly 18+. 

​

Acceptance of Terms 

By booking or making payment for any Gloss Dance class or program, you agree to these policies. 

​

Bookings & Payments 

All classes must be booked and paid in full in advance to secure your place. 

Spaces are limited to maintain a comfortable, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Class Bookings

Gloss Dance offers a variety of class formats throughout the year, including multi-week classes, showcase opportunities, casual classes, workshops and special events.

​

Bookings are valid only for the class or event purchased and cannot be shared between participants.

​

Refunds & Transfers 

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding refunds, credits and transfers.

​

Missed Classes 

If you're unable to attend a class, please let your instructor know where possible.

​

We're unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Where possible, choreography videos or class content may be shared for multi-week classes.

​

Minimum Numbers 

Classes require a minimum number of participants to run.

​

If minimum numbers are not met, Gloss Dance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. Participants will be offered a transfer, credit or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Class Changes 

Gloss Dance reserves the right to make changes to:

• Class schedules

• Instructors

• Venues or studio locations

• Class formats or inclusions

Any updates will always be communicated as early as possible.

Arrival & Class Flow 

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow for a smooth start. 

Late arrivals may not be able to join once the class has begun to avoid disruption.

 

Health & Wellbeing 

By attending a Gloss Dance class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.

​

Please listen to your body and move at your own pace. If you have any injuries or medical concerns, we encourage you to seek advice from a healthcare professional before participating.

​

Participation is at your own risk.

​

Personal Belongings 

Gloss Dance accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items. 
Please ensure you take care of your belongings at all times. 

​

Respect & Community 

Gloss Dance is a space built on support, inclusivity, and positive energy. 

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other dancers. 
 

Gloss Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if behavior is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.

Filming, Photography & Content 

From time to time, classes may be filmed or photographed for personal progress, community sharing, and promotional purposes. 

​

By attending, you consent to being included in this content. 
If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know prior to class. 

​

Students must obtain permission from others before filming or posting content that includes them. 

​

Class choreography and content remain the intellectual property of Gloss Dance and may not be used for public or commercial purposes without permission. 

​

Incomplete Attendance 

Gloss Dance is not responsible for missed classes, late arrivals, or failure to complete a program.
