At Gloss Dance, our classes are designed as a 6-week experience with limited spots to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full to secure your place. Spots are limited and cannot be held without payment.

Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, missed classes.

Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another person or future Gloss Dance block with approval from Gloss Dance.

In the case of injury or medical circumstances, a transfer to a future block may be offered at our discretion

Missed Classes

We are unable to offer make-up classes, credits, or refunds for missed sessions. Where possible, class content or videos may be shared.

Class Cancellations

If a class or program is cancelled by Gloss Dance, you will be offered a credit or full refund.

Minimum Class Numbers

If a class does not meet minimum numbers, it may be cancelled. In this case, you will receive a transfer option or full refund.

Changes to Classes

Gloss Dance reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, or locations where necessary. No refunds will be provided for these changes.
