At Gloss Dance, class sizes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive and welcoming environment. As places are limited, we ask that you read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full to secure your place. Spots are limited and cannot be held without payment.

Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, missed classes.

Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another person or, in certain circumstances, transferred to a future Gloss Dance class or program at the discretion of Gloss Dance.

In the case of injury or unforeseen medical circumstances, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion.

​

Missed Classes

We are unable to offer make-up classes, credits or refunds for missed sessions.

​

Where possible, choreography videos or class content may be shared for multi-week classes to help you stay on track.

​

Class Cancellations

If a class, workshop or program is cancelled by Gloss Dance, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A credit or transfer to another Gloss Dance class.

Minimum Class Numbers

If a class does not meet minimum numbers, it may be cancelled. In this case, you will receive a transfer option or full refund.

Changes to Classes

Gloss Dance reserves the right to make changes to:

• Class schedules

• Instructors

• Venues or studio locations

• Class formats or inclusions

Where changes are required, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
